As an energy consumer who works with Soluxe to reduce your energy bills, you have the following rights:
- A RIGHT to speak to a live person when you call with questions, to schedule an appointment, or report a problem
- A RIGHT to readable, plain language marketing materials, in minimum 12 point type, with no hidden fees, small print, or illegible footnotes
- A RIGHT to a clear explanation of the costs and benefits of energy efficiency products and services, free of misleading claims regarding future utility price increases or false promises of savings
- A RIGHT to make up your mind without high-pressured sales tactics, false deadlines, and harassing calls
- A RIGHT to contact information including email address and phone numbers so you can report any problems you have with your energy efficiency equipment or services
- A RIGHT to a prompt and reliable response to your questions or complaints, including periodic status reports from your contractor
